Shipping Policy

Clothing Lab ships finished custom apparel orders to customers across Canada. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, local delivery, estimated timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local delivery is available a standard shipping rate of $15.00 CAD for Canada-wide. Free shipping applies automatically on all orders $150 and above. If you are located outside Canada and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at customersupport@clothinglab.ca to discuss options.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: $15.00 CAD flat rate for all orders shipped anywhere in Canada.
Free shipping: Available on all orders $150 CAD and above. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the threshold.

3. Production Time vs Shipping Time

Your total order timeline has two distinct components — production time and shipping time. These are separate.
Production time: The time required to decorate and complete your garments after mockup approval. This varies by order size and complexity and is quoted to you before production begins.
Shipping time: The time for your completed order to travel from our location to your delivery address. Estimated at 2–7 business days depending on your location within Canada.
Your total estimated delivery date is the sum of both. We will communicate both timelines clearly in your order confirmation.

4. Quality Inspection and Repackaging

All orders are inspected for quality before being packaged and shipped. This includes checking print placement, decoration quality, garment condition, and confirming the correct tier and colour were produced. This inspection step is part of our standard process and is included in your production timeline.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post and other reputable Canadian carriers depending on order size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure your order arrives safely and on time

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of your expected ship date, please contact us at customersupport@clothinglab.ca.

7. Delivery Issues

Lost packages: If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your building’s mail room first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents before opening fully if possible. Contact us within 3 business days at customersupport@clothinglab.ca with your order number and photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect address: Clothing Lab is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

8. Delays

While we do everything possible to meet your estimated delivery date, Clothing Lab is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is time-sensitive, please communicate your deadline clearly when submitting your project and we will advise on feasibility.
